I am beyond excited to be giving another session on personal strategies for creative leadership at HOW Design Live. Following up last year’s highly rated and crowd favorite session, I will dive deeper into strategies, insights, and tips to accelerate development as a design leader.

The strategies are rooted in scientific research, behavioral psychology, first-hand experience with global executives, and over two decades of putting it into practice. My goal with the session (as always) is to have the audience leave with practical and tactical methods that they can implement immediately.
