Overview


Accountable for the performance of the function and executing critical programs including the strategy for growth & retention, program management, and facilitating stakeholder management of CXO, CMO, and VP peers (Product, Engineering, HR, & Finance). Contributed to performance compensation, promotions, reassignment of responsibilities, and project leadership decisions.

Supported the VP of Product Design in the leadership of the function. Team of 9 Sr. Directors and function total of +150ppl. Provided weekly 1:1s of strategic planning, developmental dialogue, performance reviews, and design critiques.

 

 


Design Leadership

 

Developed a comprehensive $MM business case outlining a roadmap to address technical debt, enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks company-wide.

This resulted in accelerated product delivery, a 197% increase in the adoption of new libraries, the identification of $MM in inefficiencies stemming from poor UX/UI, and the exploration of a market opportunity worth $B related to user accessibility.

 

Led the development and prioritization of a multi-year roadmap.

(157 products & services) driving alignment with the C-suite, executive leadership, stakeholders, and 11 functions.

 

Facilitated enterprise-wide workshops and audits that analyzed people, products, and processes.

Established proof points for enterprise-level improvements in product, engineering, design, and culture.
