As Creative Director of the Agency of Record, Andrew La Monica developed a global campaign and engagement model for a massive corporate initiative. Execution included digital platform development, website, motion graphics, & experience design.

Partnering with Bloomberg’s internal team contributions include; hands-on platform design and development, cross-functional alignment with executives, UX/UI development, customer journey and mapping, strategic design development, integrated, multi-channel approach, creative leadership and support post-launch

Design Annual Merit Winner

– HOW International Design Award

We were asked by Bloomberg L.P., a global financial and media company, to help develop a [digital platform] for their employees. The project was about helping their employees be more informed and make better health decisions… About a year later, I was standing in their lobby and on large screens they were profiling success stories from the campaign: one man lost 50 lbs., another woman quit smoking, one after another. It was very inspiring to work with the client and develop something that has an immediate effect on people to make their lives better.
